    The government has announced that the sale of gold jewellery without a HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) number will not be allowed from April 1 onwards. ust like the unique chassis number of the vehicle, this six-digit HUID will be unique to each piece of jewellery and users can easily check the details using BIS Care A.
