  • Inspiration4 amateur astronauts return to Earth


    Four amateur astronauts have splashed down successfully in the Atlantic Ocean after three days in space. They are the first all-civilian team ever to orbit the Earth. The crew left on a SpaceX capsule from Florida on Wednesday, and landed off the state’s coast on Saturday. (Source: bbc.com)
  • World’s longest expressway
    World’s longest expressway between Delhi and Mumbai to open in March 2023.Delhi-Mumbai Expressway: The 1380-km eight-lane expressway — passing through Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat — will reduce travel time between the cities to 12 hours (Source: The Indian Express)
  • Michiyo Tsujimura

  • Battle of Saragarhi
    The Battle of Saragarhi is considered one of the finest last stands in the military history of the world. 21 soldiers were pitted against over 8,000 Afridi and Orakzai tribals.
